The liquidator’s main task in insolvency proceedings is to represent the creditors’ interests and to achieve the biggest possible rate of satisfaction for creditors’ claims. In the course of this, close cooperation is necessary between the liquidator and the creditor, which we would like to promote by providing the following guidelines:
